Our idea for a CrossFit center is now a reality with the opening of Arcanys CrossFit Gym! It was built initially as an exclusive fitness hub for Arcanytes to propel our Employee Wellness campaign forward. But now, it is open for family members and other fitness enthusiasts, too!

For years, we have been offering Arcanytes various perks and benefits to encourage physical activity, such as free gym memberships, sports watches, cash incentives, and sponsored events. So, building our own place is a natural progression that aligns with our vision of promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle among Arcanytes. And it also fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among the employees who share a common interest in fitness.

On top of that, with our incentive-based wellness program,  employees can log their workouts, get paid, and sweat for a cause! When Arcanytes use our ArcWorkout app to track their fitness activity, they get to fund math sessions through the Arcanys Early Learning Foundation—and they earn up to 1k a month for themselves, too. To date, Arcanytes have generated 2.5M pesos for the foundation, which funds 12,500 coaching sessions for AELF beneficiaries. 

By opening the Arcanys Crossfit Gym, we aim to take our wellness initiative to the next level. We have opened our doors to employees and their plus ones to work out together, recognizing the impact of employee well-being on their families.

Located beside the Holiday Spa Hotel in Gov. M. Cuenco Ave, Cebu City, our gym is an official CrossFit affiliate. It has state-of-the-art equipment and certified CrossFit coaches and licensed nutritionists to tailor fitness and nutrition plans whether for weight loss, muscle gain, or just to prevent future health problems. We hope that access to these professionals will help guide everyone to develop easy and sustainable health habits.

As an important milestone for the company's wellness campaign, Alan and I hope the gym will inspire people to live healthier and happier lives, and have a blast while they’re at it. 

The gym is open Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Arcanytes can sign up for free classes or personal training sessions. We currently have yoga, Zumba, weight lifting, and CrossFit classes every week. We're extending the free membership to 1 close family member for every Arcanyte until the end of the year! After all, it's nice to have a fitness buddy working alongside you, right?
