We’re ecstatic to share that Arcanys has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work. And that’s not all. We’ve also won a spot again on the Top Philippine Workplaces in the IT-BPM sector, climbing from #26 to #22. On top of that, for the first time ever, we snagged a place in the Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines list (Medium Category). 🙌
While awards like this are certainly gratifying, what they really reflect is the steady effort our people put in every day to shape Arcanys into something better. These recognitions aren’t just badges of honor. They’re proof that a culture built on mutual respect, open dialogue, and shared ownership can create real impact.
Great Place to Work® is a global organization that helps identify companies where employees genuinely feel supported, respected, and trusted. What makes it stand out is that the certification comes straight from anonymous employee feedback—no fluff, just real insights into what it’s like to work somewhere.
For us, getting certified three years in a row says a lot. It’s not just about having good policies or perks. It’s about building trust. Between teammates, between employees and leadership, as well as in the company’s direction.
It also shows how much we value honest feedback. Those surveys we send out? We read them, we talk about them, and more importantly, we act on them. Over the years, that has helped us improve things like career growth, benefits, and mental health support—because we know a better workplace doesn’t happen by accident.
Landing a spot on the Top Workplaces in IT-BPM for three years straight isn’t just good news—it’s a reminder that consistency takes work. The IT-BPM industry in the Philippines is fast-paced and always evolving, so staying on that list means we’ve kept investing in what matters: our people, the way we work, and how we support growth across the board.

This is a big step for us because it shows that alongside companies from other sectors, Arcanys is setting the bar for employee experience, culture, and leadership. And we’re proud to be on that list but we know it’s just one part of the journey.
