A Complete Employee Referral Program

Arcanys made its Employee Referral Program even more fun with a Referral Raffle Promotion which will award the lucky winner with an overnight stay for 2 at Shangri La Mactan!

The Referral Raffle Promotion is on top of the regular referral fee that we give to our employees for their successful referrals. The initiative aims to encourage Arcanys employees to invite their friends and relatives to join our fast-growing team.

Every referral sent, entitles the employee to 1 entry for the raffle draw. This means that the employee with the most number of referrals also gets more chances of winning.

The electronic raffle draw was held last month, July 5 during our Wednesday class. Everyone was excited to find out who will have an extended summer at Cebu’s five-star resort and hotel.

Those with raffle entries were giddy and anticipating for their name to be called out. Apparently, nobody was as lucky as Aimelo Malisa, our AWS SysOps Admin, who was euphoric when his name was called out and announced as the winner!
