How long have you been working at Arcanys?

I've been working at Arcanys for over nine months now.

What technologies do you use in the company?

I use Python as the programming language, Django as the web framework, Git as the version control system, and a boatload of other technologies and plugins essential for back-end web development, on which I primarily work.

I scarcely use front-end technologies at Arcanys, if at all, and the last time I came into contact with a different back-end framework, the sun was still as cold as ice.

What do you enjoy most in a workday?

There are many things in Arcanys that tickle my fancy, chief among them is the environment where time is supple as rubber, people work and live as merrily as the hobbits of Tolkien's Middle-earth do (devoid of pressures and micro-management), free coffee is as prevalent as sleep, respect is as prevalent as guffaws, masters of the fields make use of their knowledge as vast as oceans, diverse ideas and stories from people of various backgrounds are interwoven, and the game of thrones of real life is scarcely played, if at all.

If you had a chance to be a movie or game character, who would you be and why?

I wish I had been Aegon the Conqueror in A Song of Ice and Fire, for he was the incarnation of conquest, riding atop Balerion the Black Dread, and scaring everyone in the seven kingdoms out of their wits.
