Senior ASP.NET or PHP Architect / Project Manager
Rather than hiring project managers that are only good at management, we like to hire senior architects and cast them into the role of ultimate software coach and project manager. While you might not have much management experience, we only really care that you are a great coder looking to help other coders become better – For the management part, we will give you all the training you need.
Your work will mainly be about coaching several developers in their approach, which will include: client interaction, clarifications of specifications, consults on architecture, code reviews, reporting, estimation, planning and quality assurance.

Live Chat Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer’s inquiries via live chat and email or phone.
• Ensure validity and completeness of customers orders
• Provide after sales support to customers.
• Follow up customer’s complaints.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls (for Phone reps).
Requirements:
• College graduates or above
• For Live Chat Position: Extreme high level of written English, near native level
• For Phone Position: Nearly native American accent and spoken fluency
• Knowledge of World of Warcraft is a definite advantage
• Efficient typing speed (over 45 wpm) and knowledge of Word and Excel
• Hands-on experience in customer service or hotline enquiry is preferred
• Have to work on shift on monthly rotation
